Adults 18+ with a current Maine ID and Maine MMCP certification can apply. Create a passkey, upload both photos, then submit for staff review. Buying and membership stay locked until approval.

Use your saved passkey. Your device handles Face ID, fingerprint or PIN; PuffBox does not receive your biometric data or device PIN.
Create a patient account
This creates a pending account. Uploads and staff approval are required before access to purchasing or the PUFF BOX.
If your passkey is unavailable, contact the store in person for help. Do not send ID photos by email.
Verification photos
Choose a clear JPEG, PNG or WebP photo up to 5 MB. Every replacement requires staff review again.
Photos are encrypted in private storage. Only authorized verification staff can retrieve them.

Update patient details or renew your certification
Enter the full current serial number when updating details. Changes clear approval and require a new review.
